Need more help understanding how to create your Business Cards?

Once you have chosen your desired card type and size, you are ready to start designing. There are 3 options you can choose from to design: from completely customizing your own cards to using one of our professionally designed templates. To understand the 3 design options, see the visual examples below.

Design Option 1: Upload your design

We give you a blank template in landscape or portrait - Upload your completed artwork in JPEG or PNG format.

Design Option 2: Build a design

We give you a basic layout - Add your details, upload your logo and change the colours.

Design Option 3: Browse our designs

Choose one of the many professionally designed Business Card templates and add then your card details.

There are many possibilities in personalising your products: add images, logos, text, and shapes. Below is a guide to help you on your way.

Adding Images

In the Avery Gallery you can browse and use any of our high resolution images completely for free. Looking to upload your own image? Browse for the image on your Computer and upload for free. Click 'Set as background' to lock your image into the background, or insert it loose. You can move your image around, rotate it, change its shape...the possibilities are endless!

Adding Text

There are over 20 fonts to choose from, in any color, size, or style. The canvas is your playground!

You can move the text box around on the canvas freely, or rotate it if desired.

Adding Shapes

Adding Shapes to your design can help make your message stand out. You can completely personalise the shape by adapting the style of its line and fill it with any colour of your choice.

Top tip: Change the background colour of your product by adding a rectangle shape and then stretching it over the canvas

Option 1: Have you decided to adapt one of our designs? In the Design Tool, you can choose one of the many designs we have created for you. You have the option to upload your logo, design, or picture. Alternatively, you can upload any of the 100s of images in the gallery. You can also add all your business details to complete your customised design.

Option 2: Have you decided to use a designed template? In the Design Tool, you can choose one of the various templates by Industry (such as Beauty, Construction, Finance) or Style (Classic, Corporate, Elegant). Once you’ve chosen your template, simply fill in your business details to customise your design, preview and proceed to Save.

Option 3: Have you already created your own design and wish to upload your completed artwork? In the Design Tool, you can upload your design in JPEG or PNG format, preview to ensure you are happy with the result and proceed to Save.
